What is your capacity?

      We can accommodate the following across the various locations at our venue:
• 160 in the upstairs barn ceremony space.
• Up to 400 in our field ceremony space.
• 200 seated in the reception shed, though there is room to rent tent in our outdoor space for more.

Can we tour the venue before booking?

  Yes, we would love to give you and those closest to you a tour of our venue prior to booking. There is no charge for a tour.

When is the venue available?

     For those that select the weekend package, the venue is available to you starting at 3pm on Friday, through Sunday at 11am. For those that select the single day package, the venue will be available to you starting at 8am with a curfew of 11pm.

What is included?

      There are many amenities available to you as part of your rental fee. Some of these include the use of the kitchen, and access to a bridal room and a grooms room. The Burch Barn has 30 round tables that seat eight people comfortably and 400 white chairs available. 
Please note, we do not allow candles and open flames.

 

Do you have a curfew?

Yes. The Burch Barn's curfew is 11pm.
